Pyrolysis is a proven global technology that converts waste streams into energy.
The EU-certified pyrolysis plants developed and manufactured by our Joint Venture partners ScarabTech are the only mobile plastic pyrolysis plants in the world able to produce usable fuels straight from the plant without the need for further processing.
This makes production much more efficient as it significantly reduces or eliminates transport and processing costs.
Our containerised plants can fit on the back of a truck and process up to 1 tonne of non-recylable plastic waste per day which produces up to 800 litres of usable fuels.
This allows Plastics Pirate to give plastic a value at the source of the problem and prove that plastic is a commodity, not to be carelessly discarded, but instead valued, collected and re-used. Profitably!
